Jonathan “Juanito” Pascual is acclaimed as one of the top flamenco guitarists on the international music scene. NPR has called him “one of the hottest flamenco guitarists in recent years” and Boston Globe describes him as a “flamenco phenom”.

Born in Minneapolis, MN on July 26, 1973, Juanito is recognized in both Spain and the United States as a unique and creative voice with mesmerizing virtuosity, warm and evocative playing, and original compositional style. Juanito has performed in many of the best-known fine arts centers, clubs, and festivals in the United States, and abroad. He has been featured in special events including concerts hosted by Jane Goodall in Panama, as a guest musician on Garrison Keillor’s Prairie Home Companion cruise in the Mediterranean, and as a guest on National Public Radio’s “The World” program among other television and radio programs.
